Job summary

Kiehl’s is seeking a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in meeting store and individual sales goals. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience, building relationships, and executing store plans while maintaining presentation standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work two weekend shifts per month. 18+ with HS diploma required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Communication skills essential.
• Analytical skills beneficial.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older; HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals.
• Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships.
• Maintain product and brand image presentation; keep store neat and organized.
• Execute short- and long-term plans to support store strategy.
• Lead in productivity and uphold policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
