• Monitor audit performance and trends across facilities.
• Serve as regional Key User for audit, CAPA, and QMS.
• Provide guidance for quality reporting platforms and workflows.
• Develop quality dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Partner with CI, QMS, and operations leadership to drive improvements.
• Support regional/global management reviews with accurate data.

This highly visible regional Quality & HSE leadership role is responsible for overseeing audit programs, quality management compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality reporting systems across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the regional internal audit program utilizing risk-based planning methodologies.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Prepare sites for certification, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure consistency in audit execution, reporting, documentation, and corrective action management.
• Monitor audit performance, compliance trends, and follow-up activities across regional facilities.
• Serve as the regional Key User for audit, CAPA, and quality management systems.
• Provide first-line support and guidance for quality reporting platforms and workflows.
• Develop quality performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Partner closely with Continuous Improvement, Quality Management System, and operational leadership teams to drive sustainable improvements.
• Support regional and global management review processes with accurate quality and audit data.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in quality management, auditing, quality systems, or quality governance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001
• Experience with quality management and audit platforms such as SAP QM, CAQ, or related systems.
• Proven ability to work across multiple sites and support regional operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally as required.
