Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor.

You will act as a Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to achieve daily sales goals. As part of the store leadership team, you will mentor teammates, open and close routines, and participate in omni-channel fulfillment while upholding brand standards and company culture.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead groups and multitask.

Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.


• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.


• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.


• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.


• Build and maintain Visual Displays.


• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.


• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.


• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.


• 1 year of retail experience preferred.


• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.


• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
