Abercrombie & Fitch in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent customer experiences and store performance on the sales floor.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, fulfilling OMNI orders, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required. Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.
