Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise store operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The role focuses on delivering a quality in-store experience and driving daily sales performance on the floor.

You will lead opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and ensure product knowledge, visual displays, and asset protection. This is a part-time on-site leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.


• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.


• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.


• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.


• Build and maintain Visual Displays.


• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.


• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.


• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
