Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales on the floor.

You’ll handle opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, build visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. Availability includes weekends and holidays; part-time 12–16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management not required but leadership experience welcomed.

Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required. Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.

Starting rate

The starting rate for this position is $19.70 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $19.70-$19.70 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
