Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead in Jacksonville, NC to supervise the sales floor, mentor Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure a quality in-store experience.

You will manage opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and drive sales through product knowledge and visual displays. Schedule includes 12–16 hours per week with weekend/holiday availability; opportunities for growth and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required. Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be knowledgeable about current fashion trends; be energetic, outgoing and assertive.

Job Description:The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.What You’ll DoPerform Opening and Closing Routines.Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.Build and maintain Visual Displays.Analyze reporting to inform decision making.Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.Work Schedule RequirementsSchedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.What it TakesHigh School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent1 year of retail experience is preferred.Retail supervisory / management experience is not required.
