Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. invites applications for a Key Lead role to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to optimize daily sales and operations, while modeling the brand’s culture.

You will lead on opening/closing routines, assist on the sales floor, and ensure assets are protected. This role emphasizes customer focus, team coaching, and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.

Job description

Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.

• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.


• Build and maintain Visual Displays.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
