Uniform Advantage Brands is seeking a Retail Key Holder for on-site work at our Tacoma store. This role supports daily store operations, assists with opening/closing, processes sales, merchandise, and provides exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability including weekends is required in this full-time/part-time role.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Uniform Advantage is hiring a Full Time/ Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)

NOTE: Full Timers work 35-40 hours per week and Part Timers work a maximum of up to 28 hours per week.
