Job summary

Uniform Advantage is hiring a Full Time/ Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service in Overland Park, KS. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support, while maintaining stock and visual displays, and helping with occasional offsite events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays.
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).

NOTE: Full Timers work 35-40 hours per week and Part Timers work a maximum of up to 28 hours per week.
