Uniform Advantage is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Retail Key Holder in Albuquerque, NM to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will assist with opening and closing, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support, while handling cash and maintaining visual standards. 35–40 hours for full-time; up to 28 hours for part-time.

Job Summary

Uniform Advantage is hiring a Full Time/ Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed

NOTE: Full Timers work 35-40 hours per week and Part Timers work a maximum of up to 28 hours per week.
