Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, lead by example, and take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, as well as start and end of day cash reconciliation, to ensure smooth store operations and a best-in-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and store opening/closing experience desirable.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
