The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota. Ambition and prior retail experience are essential. This role is with a global leader in cosmetics and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience is desirable.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
