We are looking for both Full Time and Part Time Key holders to operate as the frontline leader responsible for delivering the Thirdlove in-store experience while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations.
This role serves as a mentor on the floor, modeling service behaviors, supporting team accountability, and ensuring smooth execution across sales, fitting, and client engagement. The Key Holder brings strong emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and operational awareness to every shift.
