Yafo Kitchen in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Key Holder to manage opening and closing shifts and lead our front-of-house team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth service while upholding high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm and inviting spirit.
• Run opening and closing shifts and lead the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Accurately capture orders and suggest great additions using your full knowledge of our menu.
• Keep dining room and service areas clean to create a pleasant environment for guests.
• Assist GM, Assistant GM, and Chefs.
