Job summary

Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and profitability by engaging customers and supporting merchandising efficiency. You will provide outstanding service, process transactions, and assist with stock handling to keep the store running smoothly.

The role supports the Outlet leadership team, with emphasis on opening/closing procedures when leadership is unavailable. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in the fitting room.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns.
• Ensure merchandise is floor-ready: tagged, priced, and properly stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and stockroom area.
• Protect company assets by following operational procedures.
