The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Madison. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and help achieve sales and service targets.

You will handle essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, with responsibility for opening and closing shifts on a rota. This role offers opportunities for progression in prestige beauty.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
