Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering inspirational, authentic customer service and achieving sales targets. Proven cosmetics retail experience is preferred.

You will manage opening and closing shifts on a rotating schedule, perform cash reconciliation, and mentor junior team members, with a path toward supervisory growth in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment and eligibility for a bonus program.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
