Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC in Natick, MA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support the Store Management team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with managers to ensure adequate shift coverage and to uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and must be available nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.

• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
