IT’SUGAR in Las Vegas is hiring a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience while supporting store operations. You will handle sales floor merchandising, customer inquiries, and register duties, with occasional opening/closing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes upbeat service, product knowledge, and teamwork to meet sales goals. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
• Experience operating a POS/cash register and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The Keyholder will be in charge of delivering exceptional customer service while being responsible for store duties including sales floor merchandising and maintenance, product knowledge, and register duties. At times, the Keyholder will be responsible for opening or closing the store.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.

Achieve Sales Goals

• Follows through on customer’s requests for specific items and suggests additional products.
• Use selling skills through explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information.

Support Store Operations

• Maintains store cash handling records.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Merchandises displays to visual guidelines.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicate LP issues with Store Manager.
• Operational Responsibilities include, but is not limited to salesfloor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Years of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with the minimum amount of supervision.
