Job summary

Everything But Water, the leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear, seeks a Key Holder at NorthPark Center in Dallas. You will partner with Store Management to ensure strong customer service, brand standards, and smooth daily operations.

You’ll help supervise Sales Associates and cover shifts as needed, while upholding visual and merchandising standards. The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience, 1 year of supervisory work, and availability for nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to support business needs and shift coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, following the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.

Position Location: NorthPark CenterThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
