Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Key Carrier for HomeGoods. The role alternates with a Coordinator, leading store operations and serving customers. Must have open availability including nights and weekends, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Carrier responsibilities include coaching Associates, managing tasks, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. Training and growth opportunities are available within TJX’s global family.

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate their role based on store needs, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Key Carrier, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store. Key Carriers must have open availability, including nights and weekends. Role models exceptional customer service.

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience
