Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies seeks a dynamic retail professional to enhance the customer experience and lead store operations. You will act as Manager on Duty, coach associates, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
