• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management and Associates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Coaches and trains Associates; collaborates with Management on training needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs; supports shrink reduction goals.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
