Takes ownership of the customer relationship within the assigned sector. Develop and maintain assigned territory, sub-vertical &/or customer relationship, utilizing TTI’s products and services to maximize sales, gross profit, and return on investment/assets. Develop the assigned regional or corporate strategy while working closely with the sales branches to position TTI as the preferred supplier.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Degree from an accredited four-year College or University in a related field and at least three to five years of experience in electronics distribution or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. This position is also eligible for an incentive paid monthly, quarterly, and/or annually. Total compensation targeted for this role is $120,000 to $170,000. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational considerations including assigned accounts. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. TTI also offers a comprehensive benefits package including two CDHP plans and a PPO plan for medical/pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability coverages, and paid parental leave. HAS and FSA offerings are available depending on the type of medical plan selected.
