Job summary

First Orion seeks an experienced Key Accounts Director to own and grow strategic relationships with its most complex and high-value customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, developing account strategies that drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth.

• 8+ years in account management, strategic accounts, business development, enterprise sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts, including multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Proven success driving customer retention, account growth, and expansion revenue.
• Ability to build trusted executive and C-suite relationships and lead business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business development skills.
