Job description

The Key Account Product Development Intern will serve as a key support to our sample workflow, working directly within the product development cycle for our most important customer accounts. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development in a fast‑paced, design‑forward environment.

This position is expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part‑time and on‑site.

In This Role

• Manage end‑to‑end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas offices.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency.
• Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetings.
• Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordination.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
