What You’ll Be Doing

• Close and launch Golden Hippo products in critical opportunity key accounts
• Achieve sales and spending goals within assigned current accounts
• Create, negotiate and execute account level business plans
• Manage corporate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors
• Create relationships with decision‑makers and influencers at assigned accounts
• Work internally across other departments to maximize opportunities
• Stay on top of industry trends and be a “voice of your customer” internally

Required Education

Bachelors Degree or related experience

Required Experience

• 5+ years of selling consumer goods
• 5+ years of selling pet products
• 3+ years of selling to distributors and corporate accounts
• Account Management experience with large retailers

Marketing degree

Preferred Experience

• Key account experience in the independent pet channel
• Experience with Hollywood Feed, Mud Bay, Tomlinson’s, Centinela, Petsense, Earthwise

The base salary range is $85,500‑$114,100.
