Responsibilities

• Uphold restaurant quality standards per Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness for service.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing FOH/BOH needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
