Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care in an outpatient setting. You will monitor patients during infusions, manage care, and ensure comfort, with a focus on clear communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unrestricted.
• Accredited nursing program completed.
• Competent with IV placement, upkeep, and management.
• Knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient experience.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ketamine via IV safely and effectively.
• Care for patients during every step of the process.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to instill confidence.
• Provide calm, reassuring emotional support during treatment.
• Diligent documentation of care and events.
• Provide telehealth support when not infusing.
• Collaborate with the care team in a flexible, team-based environment.
