Serenity Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care in an outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, manage infusions, and ensure comfort throughout treatment.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with IV experience, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach. This role offers three 12-hour shifts, a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active RN license in Colorado or eligible to practice.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep and management from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on patient experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

• Care closely for patients during every step of the process.
• Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families to inspire confidence and peace.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV


• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process


• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace


• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment


• Demonstrating thorough documentation


• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions


• Jumping in where needed — we're a team, and flexibility is part of the flow

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License - current, active and unrestricted


• Completion of an accredited nursing program


• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish


• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a focus on patient experience


• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
