Signature HealthCARE of Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center in Hartford, KY is hiring a PRN Medication Aide (KMA) to provide daily personal care to residents, observe changes, and support nursing staff.

Applicants must hold current Medication Aide Certification and Nursing Certification from the state, plus CPR. The role offers expanded benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, uniform allowance, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
