Community Veterinary Partners is seeking a part-time Kennel Technician in West Chester, OH. The role includes walking dogs, feeding and medicating pets, bathing, and maintaining a clean kennel area while providing friendly client service during drop-off and pick-up times.

The position requires independence, strong communication, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation with availability on holidays and weekends, plus day/evening hours during the week. Salary range $14.00–$15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous kennel technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic pet care and husbandry required.
• Must be available for holidays and weekends, as well as day and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Leash walk small and large dogs.
• Feed and medicate both dogs and cats.
• Bathe dogs.
• Clean and sanitize the kennel and runs.
• Interact with clientele during drop-off and pick-up.
• Use the computer system to make reservations and check clients in and out.

Previous experience as a kennel technician is preferred. Knowledge of basic pet care and husbandry is a must. This position requires that candidates be available for work on holidays and weekends, as well as day and evening hours during the week.
