Qualifications

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare.
• Reliable, hardworking with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, good judgment, and ability to stay calm under stress.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs in a physically active role.
• Previous kennel assistant experience preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise and safety.
• Monitor animals and promptly inform the medical team of any health concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kennels, runs and surrounding areas.
• Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies and support team to complete tasks.
