Job description

At Ingleside Animal Hospital, you will work in a modern, spacious, AAHA-accredited hospital that takes pride in practicing high-quality medicine and supporting the people who deliver it. You will have access to well-maintained equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, therapeutic laser, and a fully equipped in-house lab. Medical records are completely paperless through Impromed Infinity, helping keep communication clear and efficient. The hospital follows Fear Free and Feline Friendly principles and consistently exceeds AAHA standards to support patient care and client trust. You will join a collaborative team where communication and teamwork are part of daily operations. Doctors regularly consult with one another on cases, and the entire hospital team works together to provide consistent, thoughtful care. New team members are supported with mentorship and structured training that allows you to grow at a steady, supported pace. Clinical standards are clearly defined and followed across the hospital, including required surgical bloodwork, IV catheterization and fluids, full dental radiographs, consistent pain management, and radiographs reviewed by a board-certified radiologist. You will benefit from a schedule designed to support work-life balance, along with leadership that values input from the team. Regular doctor, staff, and management meetings help ensure concerns are addressed and improvements are made thoughtfully. You will work alongside a fully staffed team of certified technicians, skilled assistants, customer service representatives, and kennel staff, allowing everyone to focus on doing their job well. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including health and dental insurance, continuing education support, professional dues, and liability coverage.
