Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals in Centreville, VA seeks an experienced Animal Care Attendant to join our team and provide compassionate care to boarded and hospitalized pets.

Responsibilities include feeding, walking, bathing, cage cleaning, laundry, and assisting doctors; weekend availability is required. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits and generous pet discounts.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Animal Care Attendant to join our team.

The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning cages.
• Feeding and caring for dogs and cats.
• Walking dogs.
• Bathing dogs.
• Doing laundry.
• Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises.
• Assisting Doctors and Technicians when necessary.
• Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday shifts.
