This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn the automotive industry. We seek candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work.

Job duties include:

• Moving and parking service vehicles as needed
• Communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients
• Directing service customers to the appropriate advisor
• Obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check-in process
• Retrieving parts and supplies
• Operating snow removal equipment
• Washing exterior of vehicles
• Vacuuming interiors of vehicles
• Performing janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable

Requirements:

1. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
2. Ability to operate a wide variety of automatic and manual transmission vehicles
3. Ability to drive various vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrids

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment. Greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking for up to 75% of the shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling to get in and out of vehicles are required.
