Qualifications

• Arizona Cosmetologist or Barber license required.
• Proficient in all men’s haircuts, including skin fades, using a foil shaver.

Keep It Cut is growing, and we are looking for stylists who have a passion for haircutting!

Here at Keep It Cut, we are seeking Stylists/Barbers with a positive attitude and a love for conversation.

Keep It Cut, founded by Jacob and Josh, childhood friends turned business partners, is a locally owned men’s hair shop with a fresh concept, Unlimited Haircut Memberships. We pride ourselves on a friendly atmosphere, quality haircuts, and a modern urban-industrial look, with jazzy indie hip-hop music in the background to set the stage! What began as a single shop in 2012 has now expanded to thirteen locations throughout the valley.

At Keep It Cut, you are more than just a number; our Team Members are treated with respect and not viewed as robots who must meet unrealistic metrics to get paid. Every head of hair is different, and we trust our team to bring our customers' vision to life.

What do we offer?

New team members are guaranteed to earn $25 an hour (wages and tips included) for the first 6 months, though over 90% of our stylists exceed that amount thanks to our Unlimited Haircuts Members. Over time, our stylists average $27- $39 per hour as they develop stronger relationships with our customers.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Cosmetologist or Barber license
• Confident and Proficient in all men’s haircuts, including skin fades, using a foil shaver.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and give 5-Star service every time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of at minimum one weekend day and 1-2 nights a week.
