Job summary

Kearney is seeking an Associate in its Strategic Operations (SOP) practice to help build practical, impactful strategies for a diverse client base across the Americas. You will collaborate closely with clients to design and implement solutions that deliver immediate improvements and sustainable competitive advantage.

  • Functional experience in supply chain planning domains such as demand, supply, inventory, or master planning.
  • Experience as a management consultant is a plus.

    • Supply chain/ Logistics planning
    • Demand planning
    • Supply planning
    • Materials planning
    • Inventory planning

    • Master Production Scheduling
    • Sales Planning and Customer Logistics
    • Business/ Long term network capacity planning
  • Areas of Work:
    • Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
    • Demand Forecasting
    • Distribution requirements planning
    • Rough cut capacity planning
    • Inventory Management
    • SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
    • E2E Planning Transformation
    • Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
  • Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
  • MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience, other relevant Master’s degrees will be considered.
  • Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus.

Associate Base Salary (post MBA) - $188,000 - $194,000: Candidates without an MBA will also be considered for the role. Such candidates will be eligible for a base salary of $157,000. Under exceptional circumstances, candidates without an MBA may be considered for a base salary of $188,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
