Kearney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Strategic Operations (SOP) Source Tower to help clients grow by defining and implementing practical strategies that deliver both short-term results and long‑term competitiveness.

In this role, you will work across multiple US offices, travel 50–80%, and collaborate with diverse teams to apply analytical reasoning, manage procurement and sourcing initiatives, and contribute to Kearney's broader client value creation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• A master's degree, or an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred.
• Located near, or willing to relocate to, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
• This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice-Source Tower as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients.

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.

In Addition, We Look for Individuals with the Following Experience or Qualities

Senior Business Analyst base salary - $123,000 - $127,000 : However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location,knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
