Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites in Turon, KS. You will support independence and positive behavior under supervision, with paid training and flexible scheduling for students or those seeking entry into ABA.

No experience is required; a 40-hour RBT course is required after hire, and a minimum six-month commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior ABA experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and dedicate to helping children with Autism.
• Reliability and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
