Job summary

FlightSafety International Inc is seeking a Pilot Instructor to deliver simulator-based training for U.S. Air Force and Allied Nation KC-46 Pilots. The instructor will conduct various training programs, including Initial and Refresher training, and ensure the highest standards of student proficiency. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree, have experience as a qualified Receiver Air-to-Air Refueling Pilot Flight Instructor, and possess strong communication skills. The position will be based in Altus, Oklahoma, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a qualified Receiver AAR Pilot Flight Instructor or ATS Instructor.
• Minimum 200 flying hours in Air Force or Allied Nation receiver aircraft.
• Type rating in B-767 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial, Upgrade, Requalification, and Refresher training for pilots.
• Provide briefings and debriefings for aircrew members.
• Maintain exceptional standards of instruction and knowledge.

Ability to interface with students for remediation
