Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. seeks a Crew Chief - Aircraft Mechanic Level II for KC-135 work at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA. Role covers maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and documentation with potential TDY to other KC-135 sites.

Requirements include 3+ years on Air Force aircraft, crew chief/flightline experience, and documentation skills. A&P cert is preferred; U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required, with eligibility for base access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of aircraft maintenance experience on an Air Force wide-body platform.
• APG, crew chief, flightline maintenance, launch/recovery, servicing, and aircraft forms documentation experience required.
• Experience using aircraft maintenance manuals and documentation systems is required.
• A&P certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform KC-135 aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, launch and recovery, and documentation.
• Complete pre-flight, thru-flight, post-flight, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot aircraft structures, landing gear, flight controls, engines, fuel, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Perform servicing, lubrication, tire/brake checks, panel removal/installation, and general flightline maintenance.
• Support TDY maintenance operations at other KC-135 locations as required.
• Provide technical guidance or on-the-job training to less experienced mechanics.
