Overview

Tour guides, surf instructors, and retail staff are needed. We are actively looking for more great individuals to staff our operation for the coming busy season. Our scheduling is flexible and we work around school and night jobs. We provide outstanding training on everything you will need to know. Best candidates work hard and are fun to be around.

Responsibilities

• Staff our operation for the busy season as tour guides, surf instructors, or retail staff.
• Engage with guests, help them have fun, and promote a positive team environment.
• Participate in training provided in-house and follow safety guidelines.
• Work 6-8 hour shifts with flexible scheduling to accommodate school or evening commitments.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• CRP/First Aid certifications are required and will be turned in to the SD Lifeguards.
• Experience in teaching or guiding guests is a plus; service industry experience is beneficial.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment.
• Available through the Summer season; perfect for current college students or recent grads.
