Job summary

Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a leading clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory in Hawaii to hire a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) for the Kauai facility. This full-time role offers Day/Evening and Night shifts with Sunday–Saturday availability.

The ideal candidate will hold the appropriate degree, Hawaii license, and certification, with a strong generalist background, and the ability to work independently or in a team, performing testing, QC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related lab science field.
• Current certification or licensure for MT/MLT level.
• Current Hawaii State license as technologist/technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines.
• Analyze patient specimens and perform quality control.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain instruments.
• Maintain accurate records and report results per policy.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist with specimen collection and processing.
• Participate in proficiency testing and quality initiatives.
