Job summary

LTC is seeking contracted interpreters in Indianapolis. The role requires on-site interpretation across medical, social work, education, and workplace settings, with emphasis on accuracy and client language preferences.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of interpreting experience, preferably including medical settings, and holds interpreting certifications if possible. Independent contractor status with IRS Form 1099, within commuting distance of Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years interpreting experience.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Interpreting certifications, preferred.

Job description

Are you fluent in both English and Karen Languages? Do you have experience working as an interpreter? LTC is an interpreting agency looking for contracted interpreters in Indianapolis. You will accept appointments on an as needed basis. The ideal interpreter has 3 years of experience interpreting and has experience in a variety of medical settings, social work, education and workplace settings, among others.
