Zusammenfassung

Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is expanding its Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program in Maryland. We seek licensed therapists to provide safe, compassionate care across up to two 3-hour sessions per day, in a hybrid setting at our offices in Columbia, Baltimore, Hunt Valley, Frederick.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed and in good standing to practice counseling/therapy in Maryland.
• KAP Certificate training and experience with psychedelic medicine.
• Board-approved supervisor a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establish rapport and develop a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients.
• Provide KAP therapy services to individuals, up to two 3-hour sessions/day.
• Participate in weekly KAP therapy team consultation meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and differentiate emergencies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and thorough documentation of sessions.
• Collaborate with admin staff and multidisciplinary treatment team.
