Job summary

Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking expert middle and high school ELA educators to coach Nebraska districts from bordering states. This is a 1099 consultant role with a competitive daily rate and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates will bring deep ELA expertise, coaching experience, and ability to drive instructional improvement across grades 6–12. On-site travel to Nebraska districts is required from KS and other bordering states.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Secondary ELA (grades 6–12).
• Experience coaching teachers or leading ELA departments.
• Strong data-analysis skills to inform instruction.
• Familiarity with state standards for Reading, Writing, Language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with grades 6–12 ELA teachers to strengthen instruction
• Supporting curriculum implementation aligned to state standards
• Conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback
• Modeling lessons and co-teaching to support instructional growth

What does a secondary ELA Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator do?

As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Nebraska's middle and high schools, you will support teachers in elevating secondary literacy instruction through strong content knowledge and evidence-based practices.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating with grades 6–12 ELA teachers to strengthen instruction
• Supporting curriculum implementation aligned to state standards
• Conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback
