Duties

Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach
Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand customer base

Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow‑up activities
Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes

Participate in sports activities and compete against teammates

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing or management
Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
Familiarity with CRM software
Strong analysis skills to interpret conversations and determine appropriate follow‑up actions
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
