Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Extensive microservices and RESTful API development.
• Expert Kafka knowledge: producers, consumers, topics, partitions, streams.
• Experience with event-driven distributed architectures.
• Strong async communication, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Database skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Strong SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Jenkins CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Git and Maven proficiency.
• Cloud-native app development and deployment.
• Monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.
• Build scalable and resilient services using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Develop and maintain Kafka-based event-driven applications.
• Configure and optimize Kafka topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
• Troubleshoot Kafka and distributed-system performance issues.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant distributed applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Support database performance tuning and modernization.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow secure coding practices and engineering standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure unit/integration tests.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, product owners, and DevOps.
